HOPE Recruitment offers a service to the above client to assist the client with their recruitment and selection process and acting as an agent between the client and the candidate(s).

  • Recruitment of permanent staff
  • In depth staff selection
  • Advertising of vacancies
  • Interviewing of candidates
  • Reference checks on all candidates
  • 3 Month guarantee on candidates

1. Fee Schedule for 2010

For above mentioned services, the Client will pay HOPE Recruitment a fee of 12% of the Candidate's total gross annual remuneration package.

Employer undertakes that fees are payable within 7 days of date that Candidate started in its employ to secure the guarantee period.

Psychometric test can be done on request, at an additional cost.

2. Guarantee

The placement fee must be settled within 7 days of Candidate commencing employment for the guarantee to be valid.

HOPE Recruitment will stand guarantee for a period of 90 calender days. Should the candidate resign or be dismissed during the guarantee period, HOPE Recruitment will replace the candidate. No further introduction fee will be charged. For the above guarantee to be valid, the Client must notify HOPE Recruitment within 3 days of resignation or dismissal of the candidate.

Should HOPE Recruitment be unable to find a replacement candidate within 30 days, the following refunds will be credited to the client's account:

  • Within 30 days of starting - 75%
  • Between 30-60 calender days of starting - 50%
  • Between 60-90 calender days of starting - 25%

Guarantee period does not apply should termination of employment be a result of retrenchment, changes in company ownership, or any other reasons out of candidate's control.

3. Placement of Candidates

The Client authorizes HOPE Recruitment to advertise assigned job openings to assist them with the recruitment process. Confidentiality of the Client will be protected at all times.

The Client will be liable for the placement fee for candidates being introduced by HOPE Recruitment, for a period of one year if the Client offers employment to the introduced candidate. The Client may not offer employment to such candidate through any third party to avoid payment after introduction fee.

4. Agreement Copies

Each party will sign to accept this agreement. Any change or variation of contract must be signed and acknowledged by both parties.

All legal costs involved to recover outstanding payments will be charged to the Client's account.
